Four colors in five days, this boy needs to settle down! Nate is more white than pink now, because he's pretty darn anemic. They'll be giving him a blood transfusion later this afternoon, then hopefully we'll be back to pink again. The good news is his bilirubin is down to a normal level, so there's a good chance he'll get to come out of his blue box and I can hold him for more than 20 minutes at a time. I'm pretty excited! If everything keeps going well we should be out of the hospital in a couple days.
