Misconceptions

Have you ever had a day when you just want to punch everyone you see in the face? 

Have you ever met a person with my job, and thought "Man, those people are (fill in the blank with some glorified idea about people with my job).  I bet THEY never have days where they want to punch someone in the face..."

Well, we do.

Or at least, I do.
