This first photo is Caleb playing with Dakota, his new buddy. While I was taking this photo Dakota fell off the chair and got a lovely bump on her head. Her mother hasn't asked me to babysit again :)
Nate's a hit at the airport...
Pretending his peanut butter and jelly sandwich is too hot, so he's using the bath glove so he doesn't burn his hands. After the second pic he threw the glove on the ground, pointed both fingers at me then clicked his tongue and said, "Rrrrready for the beach!" We're not near the beach, fyi.
On a good day, this is what our drive into town looks like.
Kelly's fan club at the English center where we work. That's her ponytail, and the table is full of fascinated college guys.

Grandma time!
Nate's a goof!
Kelly's concert, I brought my camera but left the memory card in the computer, so this is all I got! She's the only white kid in the class.
Busy boy!
At the 'jumpy place'! $4 will buy an hour of fun in Jumpin Gym. It's full of trampolines, ball pits, slides, and Indonesian employees to chase you around saying, "Watch out, you'll fall!" It's all covered in foam, and a pretty awesome place to play. It's clean, and you can leave them there while you go get a pedicure. I don't leave Nate but I did let Caleb stay last time, because he was having way too much fun to quit.
We went to the art museum with the Center kids, and Caleb got cold. Someone let him borrow their scarf, so he put it on like all the other people he sees wearing scarves :)
Mommy needed to get work done, so we had movie dinner at the table. Kept them busy for an hour!
Caleb fell asleep watching Mickey Mouse while I was cooking dinner. He just zonked out right on the table!
Nate got a haircut at the kid cuts place in the mall that has toys and people to chase you around and cut your hair while you play. He didn't need to be chased, though, he sat really still. The girl in the white hijab is taking a picture of Nate while he gets his hair cut. Not sure what the big deal is but whatever...Post hair cut dinner at Burger King. We had 5 hrs to kill while Matt and his friends were at the movies and out to dinner at the mall. 5 hrs is a long time!!
Caleb and I went on a date this morning. The first pic is Caleb before his pancakes came. Clearly his mood improved quite a bit after the pancakes and chocolate milk arrived. The stinkin' owner of the restaurant said to him, "You want chocolate milkshake???" So he got so excited I HAD to order it or else break his little heart. I might add that she did not PAY for the chocolate "milkshake" (read: watered down ovaltine with ice), so I had to cough up $2 for that nasty drink. But the pancakes were delicious!
