Why did the monkey cross the road?

To get to the white people with crackers! Upon hearing that Jeremy liked monkeys, the principal of the school offered to take us to a place in the city where monkeys are "wild." There were over 40 monkeys, just living in the woods by the corner where we stopped. What's funny is that we stopped to look at the monkeys, then carloads of people stopped to watch us look at the monkeys. They often call white people Monkeys, so it was carloads of people watching monkeys watch monkeys. The girls we were with thought this was very funny. After feeding them all our crackers we were forced to leave in order to escape the angry hoards of monkeys coming out of the trees for more. They're not as cute as they look!
