Swimmin in the streets

I (Andi) went to a conference for homeschooling moms this week. It was a lot of fun, and on top of learning some stuff, I got to go shopping, and see lots of friends from our training this summer. Since I can't post their pictures on the web, I'll post this one. It's what we stared at for 4 hours, while our bus driver tried to find a way to the airport. Look closely and you will see that it's a street, but behind the parked cars there are children swimming. In the street. The capital city was flooded in many spots- we saw kids floating down the gutter on planks of wood, just like the lazy river at Oceans of Fun!
