Jeremy accidentally joined a badminton league soon after we arrived here. He went in to watch, and drink tea with the Ditto Motor guys. He came home later and said, "I think I joined the league, but I cant really understand what they're saying. The next thing I know he's got a raquet and special badminton shoes. He plays with them several nights a week, and is getting better, although they still let him win sometimes. He tells them "bermain serius" (play serious), so when he goes onto the court, the whole gym stops and yells "Ya, SERIUS!" Today he was invited to the Team Ditto Motor annual meeting at Pak Bangbang's house. (That's his real name) This is a great opportunity to buiild relationships and get to know the culture.
